From the Principal's Desk

It gives me immense pleasure to welcome new entrants to this institution of higher learning for receiving quality education. Govt. Degree College Nowshera since its establishment in 2008, has been striving hard towards maintaining high academic standards and excellence in the field of education. The college has recently been awarded B+ grade by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). With the development of infrastructure facilities and the use of modern technology, the college has the required potential to further improve its grade in the next accreditation. At present the college offers Arts and Science Streams. From the current session 2022-2023, the college is admitting the students under National Educational Policy (NEP-2020). The new policy is based on flexibility, multidisciplinary education, conceptual understanding, critical thinking, ethical values etc.
