The NSS Unit of GDC Nowshera is committed to the cause of social empowerment and education and in this spirit, initiatives related to rural development, healthcare and environment are taken up on a regular basis. Discussions, interactions and dialogues, cleanliness drives, health checkups, blood donation camps, skill enhancement workshops, and social awareness programmes are organised for not only the college students but also communities outside the college. NSS also organised both self-defence workshops, and yoga and meditation for enhancement of physical and mental well-being.
